I can say as the manifesting generator, scorpio-soul that I am… I LOVE going deep and I love doing many things.
Many of my clients are also manifesting generators and are so multi-facited with their talents. This can be a super power, but often it is immobilizing for people.

I started out my entrepreneurial journey as a fitness coach. I did relationship coaching, spiritual business coaching, and led breathwork, all of it over the years. And then I birthed–Breath of Gold. Our biggest mission is to provide the most thorough, comprehensive, trauma-informed Breathwork Certification that exists.
We’ve had a therapist, a neuroscience expert, a doctor, a paramedic, a lawyer and more come in to ensure that students are super confident in their abilities to lead others in a safe way.
But what about after they get certified?
It’s time to go SERVE the WORLD!
We can all agree, breathwork gets RESULTS. And it gets them fast.

I am in the process of getting breathwork certified, can I still do this challenge?
Yes, you can! I am so excited for you that you are a soon-to-be breathworker. What better time to dive into the business of breathwork than now!
If you have other services that you offer in your business, you can use these 30 days to market that and also share about breathwork with your audience to get them excited about you getting certified and the benefits for when you will be ready to start working with breathwork clients.

I am not certified. Can I still do this challenge?
No. If you are leading breathwork and selling and you’re not certified or going through a certification, it does not feel ethically aligned for you to be in this challenge.
Over the years of leading breathwork, I’ve seen some wild things and safety, being trauma-informed, and fully understanding the contraindications and effects of breathwork is necessary.
Thank you for respecting this and NOT joining this challenge if you are leading breathwork and not certified.

I do not have a breathwork business. Can I still do this challenge?
If you are a coach or a healer, this challenge will still work for you and you’re totally welcome to do this challenge. Just know that I’ll be sharing my business wisdom under the lens of growing a breathwork business.
NOTE: If you are planning on selling breathwork and you are not certified, you may not join the challenge. (See previous FAQ)

YES! What better opportunity than to focus on your business than now if you’re just starting out. Let’s get you signed up and taking ACTION!
There are many ways to attract clients, you do not need a website to get started. Although you may create one inspired from the energy and momentum of this challenge.
I am in other coaching programs. Should I do this challenge?

Adrienne Rivera
Adrienne is the founder of The Breath of Gold Breathwork Certification and Breath of Gold. She is a breathwork trainer, breathwork facilitator, & business mentor to breathwokers. She is a creative and visionary and has the gift of being able to channel business ideas for her clients.
