You and your 1:1 breathwork coach will have biweekly 90 minute breathwork sessions. These sessions are designed to allow you to access your subconscious mind so that you can discover what old thought patterns and past traumas have been holding you back. This is a powerful way for you to dive deep within yourself to discover what is ready to shift within you.

Your and your 1:1 coach will have biweekly coaching calls to integrate what spiritual insights you discovered in your breathwork session the week before. If you are someone who really wants to make a change in your habits and have accountability to do so--that's what this is for. This will further support you in ensuring that your internal shifts are showing up in your external world.

You will have access to weekly group breathwork sessions on Sundays, led by Adrienne Rivera, the founder of Breath of Gold™. These are to support you in deepening your breathwork practice throughout your 12-week journey and also to have a community to support you that you get to know every week. If you can't make it live, you'll have access to over 60+ on-demand breathwork sessions from the moment you sign up.

Throughout your sessions working with your 1:1 coach, you will have unlimited access Monday through Friday to email your coach to share wins and progress that you've made in between your sessions. You can also use this to receive additional support for things that come up for you in your coaching journey. We want you to have all the support you need to create lasting transformation within the next 12 weeks!
