In this week, you will learn some of the best breathwork techniques to calm your body and mind. The parasympathetic nervous system activating breathwork techniques will support you with better sleep, managing anxiety, as well as, getting your body into an optimal state for healing and recovery. 


WEEK 3

Vagus Nerve Activation

Learn all about the Vagus Nerve—its importance in activating your parasympathetic nervous system. You’ll learn techniques that you can pair with breathwork to stimulate your vagus nerve. 


WEEK 4

Parasympathetic vs

Sympathetic Responses

You’ll discover what to look for in your body to see whether your body is likely in a parasympathetic state vs a sympathetic state. You’ll learn the times and places for both and develop a better mind-body awareness.


WEEK 5

Consciously Upregulating Your

Nervous System

You’ll learn the benefits of more activating styles of breathwork and when to use them. You’ll learn how these techniques can support in releasing unprocessed emotions and helping you to gain clarity.

Applying it Into Your

Daily Life

You will learn to bring it all together and understand when you want to use your breath to shift states. At this point, you know when to do what type of breathing and why.

I have experienced anxiety most of my life. It has affected my sleep, my self confidence, and my digestive system. I tried talk therapy and medication in pursuit of relief and stability. My problems with digestion had reached the point where I felt forced to isolate myself and retreat from social activities, preferring to stay home rather than risk feeling sick or extremely uncomfortable around other people.

Pete urged me to try neurofeedback. Out of deference to him, I skeptically agreed. To my surprise, my anxiety level lowered almost immediately, My ability to sleep improved, and my mood became much lighter. With the additional help of a nutritionist and serious change in my food intake, my gut problems all but disappeared. I have no choice but to thank neurofeedback and Pete for many of these positive outcomes.

I now look forward to sessions with Pete. His charm and his concern give me assurance that my life will continue on as it is now and not change for the worse. It is wonderful to live an anxiety-free life.

I have complex PTSD and have been living with it since I was a small child. Before I began neurofeedback with Pete, my emotional, mental, and physical state was depression, substance abuse, lethargy, fear, social anxiety, insomnia, racing thoughts, ADD, lack of motivation, and constantly being triggered into hyper-states of arousal. I had resigned myself to accept this life because I had tried many healing modalities (meditation, talk therapy, somatic therapy, medication, yoga, 
qi gong) and none of them worked in effective and notable ways. Pete told me about neurofeedback and offered to treat me. I accepted the offer because it was a non-invasive treatment where I could sit back and zone out for an hour.

I am forever grateful and joyous for the obvious effects that neurofeedback has had on my complex PTSD. My symptoms have calmed down and I am able to manage and self soothe. Most notably I no longer wake up (I can actually sleep too) in the morning with racing thoughts and I am no longer revving high - as though I need to escape every situation for my safety. I don’t feel terrified anymore. I feel safe in my body and mind and I know that I can be present and engage with people around me in a healthy and participatory way. I honestly never believed that I would be freed from the mental, emotional, and physical experience of complex PTSD. Now that my mind is at ease, I am able to look to my future to construct the life that I always wanted. I am ready to take risks and make mistakes because that’s what people do when they are learning. I will forever be grateful to Pete and neurofeedback for assisting me in my freedom to my more authentic self.
