My business was going well! I had 1:1 high-paying clients and group coaching clients and they were getting incredibleresults. I had started a podcast called “The Fit Through Love Show,” I had created an Amazon Best Seller called “Fit Through Love,” and everyone knew me for fitness.

While I still LOVED fitness and worked out everyday, it didn’t excite me and light me up as it used to. I had fallen in LOVE with the business side of things as well as the spiritual side of how I run my business.

During my mindset calls with my fitness coaching clients that were entrepreneurs, I ended up supporting them more with their mindset with business and their strategy then even their business coaches were. I realized that I had a gift. I had realized my calling.

I talked to one of my best friends, Candice who is psychic and told me that Spiritual Business Coaching was totally my calling. I did one of my manifestation techniques and then boom 2 days later signed my first client for Spiritual Business Coaching for a YEAR and we never even had a sales call!!

As soon as I led with trust in my purpose, everything unrevealed in the perfect timing and in the perfect way and my business took off ever since then!

My purpose is to facilitate transformation in others by bringing together tribe to create the most incredibly powerful shifts in their lives and their energy.

I also created a different sector of my business called, “Breath of Gold™.” Breath of Gold™ is my Breathwork side of the business. In that side of things, I help those that are wanting a deeper connection to their intuition and the ability to activate their fullest level of abundance.

In Breath of Gold™ we lead transformational retreats in nature all over the world. These retreats are usually breathwork + backpacking retreats so that we “remember” our true nature and that we are also nature. They are so powerful!!
