FAQ
Where is the event located?
The event will be located in Reno, Nevada at a local center called "The Virgil" (10 minutes from the airport).
How expensive is the hotel and flight?
There are several Airbnbs in the area that you can book and affordable hotels that are within five minutes of the venue.
Can I pay in a one installment rather than two?
We found that it is easier for many people to spread it out over just 2 monthly payments which is why we have each other marked as 2 monthly installments.
After you sign up, if you want the other installment charged right away, email adrienne@breathofgold.com and we can move up the date of the second installment.
What's included with my ticket?
The live breathwork experience, speaker segments, transformational exercises, and light, healthy snacks and drinks. Flights and hotel are not included.
How is this different from what I get as a client?
A lot of our Breath of Gold Breathwork Facilitator Program students and people in the membership have been experiencing breathwork online for years, but this is your opportunity to experience it in person with Adrienne.
If you've never experienced breathwork in person, I highly recommend that you experience it, especially if you're a Breath of Gold Breathwork Facilitator Program student. It's important for you to experience breathwork in person if you're also wanting to lead in-person breathwork for your students.
I want to bring my friend, spouse or kid with me. Can I do that?
To keep the safety and intimacy of the event, outside guests will not be allowed.
What if I've never done breathwork before?
It's totally fine if you've never done breathwork before. We will prepare you for what to expect live at the event with a pre-breathwork talk.
What do I need to bring to the event?
You will need to bring something comfortable to lie down on, such as a yoga mat or two or a camping pad. You'll also need to bring one or two blankets since it's common to get cold in breathwork. We will have eye masks for you. We recommend that you bring a water bottle and a pillow to go underneath your knees to make it more comfortable lying down on a hard surface for an hour of breathwork.
Will I be photographed and videographed? What are the terms & conditions?
By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following:
Two Installments
- I acknowledge that the payment for this event will occur in 2 monthly installments.
No Refunds
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Ticket Transfer
- If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the event with the new attendee's information.
Ticket Credit
- If you are unable to attend, you may choose to apply the value of your ticket towards a future Breath of Gold offering. This credit must be used within 12 months of the original event date.
Photography & Videography
- By attending this event, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed throughout the event, including during breathwork sessions. These images and videos may be used for promotional and marketing purposes by Breath of Gold.
